In October, half the ads on JobStreet offered ₱24,000 a month or less.

That is the biggest Philippine job board by ads that state a salary (14,458 of them this month). We publish each board on its own and do not add them up. Across the 7 boards with enough ads, the median ran from ₱15,000 (Bossjob, 9,759 ads) to ₱26,000 (Foundit, 291 ads) — boards carry different work, so the gap between them is not a pay gap.
