Every published figure — medians, quartiles, counts, the index, the CSV files — is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You may copy it, republish it, chart it and sell work built on it, including commercially. The one condition is attribution: credit “Sweldex” and link to the page you took it from.
The site's own text, design and code are not covered by that licence.
What we do not warrant
The figures describe what employers advertised, not what anyone is paid. They are collected automatically from public postings and can be wrong: an employer can mistype a salary, a board can change its markup, our parser can misread a line. We correct mistakes when we find them and when you tell us, and we record the correction — but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current.
Do not use this site as the sole basis for a salary offer, a negotiation, an investment or any legal filing. It is a reference point, not advice.
Job postings and outbound links
Job listings shown here are summaries — title, employer, city, stated pay, board — with a link to the employer's own posting. We do not reproduce ad text, we are not party to any application, and we have no relationship with the employers or boards listed. Whether a posting is still open, genuine or accurately described is between you and them.
If you operate a job board and want your postings excluded, write to hello@sweldex.com with the domain. We stop first and discuss afterwards.
Using the site
There is no account and nothing to sign. Please do not hammer the site with automated requests — if you want the data in bulk, the CSV files are on every report and role page and are the same data, without the load. Those files are the supported way to take everything.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the date below changes with them. Nothing here limits any right you have under Philippine law that cannot be limited by agreement, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
